Why Polesden Lacey Playschool?
Polesden Lacey Playschool is a charity organisation registered with the Charities Commission, and run for the benefit of the children, their families and the community.
Established in 1991, we are, registered to take a maximum of 18 children per session between the ages of two and a half and five years old.
Our Playschool aims to provide a safe, friendly and stimulating environment, where children take their first steps towards independence. Our children develop through art, music, stories, toys and play with other children and staff.
Set within the grounds of Polesden Lacey Infant School, we occupy our own classroom that has been specifically designed with children in mind. We also have our own playground and allotment. Our close working relationship with the school means we are able to share their incredible facilities such as the sensory garden, outdoor classroom, play equipment and Orchard.
We care about our environment and are proud to be working towards our Plastic Free Nurseries status.
